PrintScreenキーを押すと Click and drag to… と変なのが出る

PrintScreenキーを押すと
"Click and drag to clip a portion of the screen. Click in a window to clip it. Press Control or Shift to modify destination."
と表示されていつもと挙動が違う。
変なソフトをインストールしてしまっのかと焦ったが、Evernoteクライアントの機能らしい。
オプションからグローバルホットキーを変更できるので空白にしておいた。
